The second Rinascita character will be Roccia, a Havoc unit, whose banner will wrap up the ongoing update. While Wuthering Waves's 2.0 patch isn't halfway done yet, fans are already looking forward to Version 2.1, and developers have added to the excitement by revealing which characters are next to drop.

According to Wuthering Waves lore, Phoebe is an Acolyte of the Order of the Deep, a faction in Rinascita who worship the nation's Sentinel, Imperator. Phoebe is devout to the Order's discipline and beliefs, but she also has a joyful personality beneath her serenity. Brant, on the other hand, is the captain of the Fool's Troupe, a traveling Carnevale show of which Roccia is also a member. He puts on an easy-going persona for others, but his priority is protecting the Troupe from danger. Both characters will likely have important roles to play in upcoming Wuthering Waves updates.
Wuthering Waves Version 2.0 is expected to end around mid-February. Aside from new characters, the patch also introduced a premium skin for fan-favorite unit Jinhsi. Players can also look forward to obtaining Sanhua's skin for free by participating in an upcoming event beginning on January 23.
