Using the App and Reader with the Same Sensor:
The FreeStyle Libre 2 reader and the app cannot issue alarms simultaneously. Use the app to launch the sensor for mobile alerts; use the reader to launch for reader alerts. After reader-initiated sensor launch, you can still scan with the app.
The app and reader do not share data automatically. For complete data, scan the sensor every 8 hours with each device. LibreView.com allows viewing data from all devices.
